What is DirectDine?
DirectDine is a restaurant ordering, loyalty and customer-database platform. Restaurants get their own branded website and online ordering, WhatsApp ordering, a built-in rewards programme and a customer list they own — instead of renting customers from delivery marketplaces.
It is software for restaurants, not a marketplace. Diners order directly from the restaurant's own site, and the restaurant keeps the customer relationship and the data.

- Grow — $249/month + 3% platform fee on direct orders
- Pro — $299/month with 0% platform fee on direct orders
Frequently asked questions
How does delivery work?
Restaurants can use their own drivers, and optionally dispatch Uber Direct couriers for orders outside their own delivery range.
Can diners order on WhatsApp?
Yes. DirectDine includes WhatsApp AI ordering connected to the same menu and loyalty programme.
Are marketing emails sent automatically?
No campaign reaches diners without the owner approving it first.
